Cielo at Castle Pine Wedding by JMGant Photography - Jacob and Lisa

Castle Pines and the surrounding area was the perfect place for Jacob and Lisa's winter wedding. And the ceremony at Lisa's childhood church was perfectly nostalgic. One of the things Jacob and Lisa wanted most was a beautiful sunset for photos, and someone definitely granted their wish: the sky went from blue to purple to pink and then finished off with a bold orange. It was cold and windy, but we all braved the frigid temperatures to create these stunning moments. At Cielo at Castle Pines guests enjoyed a delicious meal by Exquisite Taste and dancing and entertainment by DJ Dan Hardee.

Thanks so much for choosing JMGant Photography!

Their Story:
According to eHarmony, "Jacob is a great guy who is just outside your parameters." To this day, I can't figure out why he was "outside your parameters" when we're clearly so perfect for each other. Good thing he popped up on my "take a chance" choices, because life is so much sweeter thanks to that chance taken!
When we met in San Antonio, the timing seemed perfect for both of us – we’d checked off all the single-person boxes we wanted (education, career, travel, play), and we were both on the hunt for the one we would settle down and start a family with. We hit it off quickly – the best first date ever! Unfortunately, the next week Jacob’s bosses started talking about moving him to another state. Shortly after that, the Air Force decided I would be deploying overseas in a few months. Fortunately, we were crazy about each other and figured it out!
He moved to Atlanta while I deployed across the pond, and thanks to the wonders of modern technology, we were able to talk often, and even have “date nights” on Skype – My Saturday evenings were his Saturday mornings and we would talk for hours, and watch movies together.
A few weeks following our joyful reunion, after nearly seven months apart, we took off to Kauai and thoroughly enjoyed some sun and sand. Jacob likes to brag that he got this not-a-morning-person girl to make a life-altering decision before sunrise, as he proposed to me on the beach just as the sun peeked over the horizon. I somehow managed to allow him to finish his proposal and didn’t interrupt him with the “YES! Yes yes yes!” that burst out!
So here we are, embarking on our next adventure, and thrilled to be starting our life together!
