Hi, I’m Jared

Thank you so much for taking some time to look through my work. My photography has always been about honoring and celebrating people. It’s a way to feel, touch, and remember those little things long after you have forgotten. I started taking photographs of my friends in the late 90s while in middle school. I would display them in a huge collage that took up nearly an entire wall in my room. Shortly after high school, I purchased my very first digital camera to take with me for a few years as I traveled and worked through South America. Ever since that very first digital camera, I have been perfecting my artistry. I studied International Business in college, but after a few years in the corporate world, I found my passion for wedding photography.

I get to meet the most amazing people and get to have the front-row seat for one of the happiest days of their lives! I can't help but smile when the bride sees herself in her dress for the first time, cry when Dad dances with his daughter, and laugh at the funny stories shared during the toasts. It’s pretty remarkable to be the first to relive your wedding day as I create for you a collection of real, colorful, and classic photographs that I hope will honor, celebrate, and preserve your day forever. 

Outside photography, I enjoy cycling, music, reading, good coffee, traveling with family, and playing with my dog Aspen. I have been married for 17 years to my high school girlfriend, Brynne, and together we stay busy running multiple businesses and playing with our two wonderful children, Peter and Evelynne.
