Inspired by their own love story, Tim and Christian Marasciullo have turned their home into an unforgettable mountain setting for weddings and receptions. That is why we are passionate about creating a breathtaking yet personal and unique setting for our couples to experience the culmination of their own love story!”
At Deer Creek Valley Ranch, you have two unique venues to select from.
First there is the historic Barn, originally built in 1862 as a stagecoach stop which ran from Denver to Fairplay. Three large levels offer plenty of space to create memories. The spacious loft is the perfect spot for intimate ceremonies, dinner and dancing happens on the main floor along with a beautiful Bridal suite and a large cocktail deck. The Ultimate Man Cave on the lower level is hands-down the coolest spot in Colorado, with a custom bar, poker table, pool table, shuffleboard, and more!
The Barn also comes with two outdoor ceremony sites to choose from, you are sure to wow your guests. Pledge your love at the stunning Mountain Bridge Meadow site, with an unobstructed view of the mountains as your backdrop. Or choose the beautiful white Lakeside Gazebo perched alongside a serene heart-shaped lake, with horses roaming in the valley. An adjacent meadow “Game Site” includes outdoor games for your guests to enjoy. Come and see the new Fireside Patio with outdoor fireplace and market lights, perfect for your first dance under the stars.
Next, we have our newest addition, the Homestead. Designed for romance and elegance, the Homestead is built around a mid-century modern home built in the 1940’s by the family that turned the stagecoach stop into a 14,000 acre-cattle ranch. This open floorplan is reminiscent of a starry night with its twelve glittering chandeliers and fairy lights sprinkled throughout the space. Beautifully appointed rooms for the bride and her squad, along with the original great room, make the dressing areas a favorite spot for our couples to get ready.
The Homestead’s outdoor spaces are just as breathtaking, with the ceremony nestled among the pine trees and boulder, and the gorgeous outdoor fireplace, perfect for toasts, first dances, and al fresco dining under the stars. And don’t forget the amazing cocktail patio and lawn games. Beautiful market lights make the outdoor areas accessible to your guests for their enjoyment throughout the evening.
